STEVEN LE

Bay Area native Steven Le uses his extensive knowledge of the region and his entrepreneurial spirit to help his clients find their perfect home at their perfect price. Before becoming a real estate agent, Steven attended SJSU where he received a B.S. in Political Science and worked in government and local politics. After leaving, Steven went on to start a restaurant group in the San Jose area and then co-founded an e-commerce company in San Francisco, where he acted as the Vice President of Operations. 


Now, Steven draws on his multifaceted skill set and unrelenting drive to offer his clients a high level of service and efficiency. His passion for business, marketing, and customer care enables him to be resourceful and creative in the face of any problem that arises. 


He treats each of his clients with compassion, honesty, and a positive attitude. The motivated self-starter works hard for all of his clients as they navigate the complex and emotional process of buying a home. Being from the Bay Area, Steven understands the market difficulties many first-time homebuyers face and quickly quells any issues, ensuring a smooth transaction. Steven is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors®, and the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors®. He is also fluent in Vietnamese.

SPENCER YUAN

If you're looking for a full-service real estate agent who can provide you with knowledge, clarity, and persistence during your home buying or selling journey, you can't go wrong with Silicon Valley native Spencer Yuan.


When Spencer decided to enter real estate, it wasn't exactly uncharted territory for him. A B.A. in Economics from UC Davis and a successful eight-year career in financial services had given him a deep understanding of economic cycles and their potential risks and profits. He had also built a strong network of Silicon Valley professionals. The expertise he'd gained from his professional experiences, plus the fact that his mom was a real estate agent and investor, made the transition to real estate seamless.


An agent since 2006, Spencer's industry and financial background, as well as his lifelong insight into the Silicon Valley region, give him the ability to guide his clients through any real estate situation, no matter how complex. Add his experience with home restoration and expansion, building accessory dwelling units, and constructing custom spec homes—not to mention his roles as a licensed property manager and rental property owner—and you have a versatile real estate ally.


Spencer lives in Cupertino and he enjoys playing basketball, golf, and tennis, and volunteering for canine rescue organizations. Spencer is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

DAMIEN LIGGS

Damien Liggs was born and raised in the Bay Area where he graduated from William Jessup University (San Jose Christian College) with a dual B.S. in Bible Theology and Christian Leadership. Having been born and raised in the Bay Area makes working with him beneficial in terms of finding safe communities, excellent school districts, and community amenities which meet your needs. 


Before becoming a real estate agent, Damien worked with children and adults with Autism in both a school and group home setting. Seeing an unfilled need, Damien started his own business providing coaching and social skills for adults with Autism in the community. In the more recent future, Damien has been working with youth who’ve been removed from their homes due to abuse and/or neglect.  Damien has the heart to serve and puts client needs above profits and ambition.       


Now, Damien uses his customer focused skills set to assist clients with achieving their dreams. The best way to help clients meet their needs is to first listen. Taking the time to hear what you want and answer questions without real estate jargon is the way Damien communicates with his clients. However, if you’re a sophisticated investor or starting to invest, Damien is adept at meeting specific needs both in the Bay Area and throughout the country.  Damien has his own real estate investments in California and outside of California and can help investors get to the next level. 


Service to others is how Damien continues to serve youth, friends, family, and you. You can reach Damien through this site or you can find him on his bike, at a basketball court, hosting a get together, or in the community mentoring youth.
